It's not just that these Eastern Euro fighters are being moved along slowly by HBO, it's just that no one wants to fight them and many are being avoided. They're having trouble securing name opponents. To his credit, GGG has called out the likes of Carl Froch, Julio Cesar Chavez, Jr, Sergio Martinez, Peter Quilllen, Canelo Alvarez, Miguel Cotto and even Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao and they have all turned him down.

This is the major reason why they are having trouble catching on to the casual American fan. Sure they have more than their legions and cult following of boxing fans but as far as them being crossover, PPV Box office draws it's just mot happening; Largely due to a lack of competition.

For example, the Klitschko's had fought on HBO for years but had failed to catch on with the American audience in order to break out as crossover stars. There was just not a demand for them.

Outside of drawing decent ratings on their network they were never the Cash cows they were made out to be. That's why they had to move back to Germany and fight on their tv broadcasts because that was the only venue that had a demand for their services.

compare his hype to what he has actually done and he is being moved slow. 34 fights and just now beat a titleholder, but he a monster doe, everyone ducking him doe....the only titleholders he beat were Geale, washed up Ouma, and now Lemieux

even adrien Broner has faced stiffer comp than him and people crap on him everyday....He has wins over former titlists De Leon, Malignaggi, DeMarco, Gavin Rees, Khabib Allakhverdiev and had the cajones to fight full fledged welters in Porter and Maidana
