haven't seen much of burley and langford.

but i find it hard to believe lamotta can beat floyd.

lamotta is shorter reach and same height as floyd.

he wasn't fast. he wasn't a hard puncher. he wasn't explosive.

      it'd go to decision.

and i doubt he outpoints floyd.

i think duran kos pac early.

          pac will trade with him.

          duran is tougher, bigger, stronger.

pac is faster but duran superior skills wins out.

it'd be a bad ass fight though.

          like a 135-140 hagler-hearns.

Duran to Leonard is like Pacquiao to Floyd. Had Floyd had the balls to fight Pacman when both were a bit younger, Pacquiao probably takes the first fight but then loses the trilogy and Floyd has something to define his career by that isn't dodging fights at higher weights.

Young, hungry Duran would beat Floyd down at 130/135. Above that, dunno, I'd have to give Floyd the edge. Despite all the negative things you can say about Mayweather, having a weak chin or poor conditioning are definitely not 2 of them. If Leonard could frustrate Duran, surely Mayweather could too.

Not point in talking about a fight that could never happen. Manny Pacquiao was supposed to be a whirling dervish of punches that would come at Mayweather nonstop and break him down with relentless offense, but instead we got shoulder excuses, and Mayweather holding Pacquiao to the 4th fewest punches landed on him in his entire career. Can't say what would have happened, because anything can happen on fight night.

I didn't expect Jermain Taylor to get knocked out by Carl Froch after putting on a rather exemplary boxing display, but then it happened. Pretty sure no one expected Duran to say "no mas" either :/

Floyd would never have had the kahonies to climb in the ring with Duran.
Why this indestructible force didn't want anything to do with Aaron Pryor? Almost every fighter can be accused of ducking somebody.

                      Yeah right Roberto!

I wish there was a way to show the legendary jerking off hand motion.

Stop hating Roberto...you can talk all the **** you want, but you QUIT once when the going got tough.

You think Leonard embarrassed you in New Orleans?!

Floyd would have made you speak perfect English.

So all you Floyd haters can sit up here and salivate over Durans meanderings about the havoc he would have wreaked upon Floyd...but that's what Pacquiao was supposed to do and we see what happened.

"NO MAS" Roberto...it will be defaced on your tombstone so sit down, shut up and enjoy the well deserved accolades that you have acquired.

You're a quitter no matter what else...that tag will also always apply to your name.
