By the way, I did box amateur, the problem with your theory on transitioning from offence to defence with pad work, is that transitioning from Off to Def is primarily reacting to your opponent! Not a choreographed mitt work routine, because that is what Rogers mitt sessions are, Choreographed!
I think they work on speed, hand eye coordination and sharpness when they do this kind of mittwork, it's like hitting the speed bag or the double end bag but in a motion that's closer to the real motions u do in the fight, they do not do specific combinations for specific fighters with that mitt work u see, they just get in shape like that, of course they work on specific things for specific fighters but of course they're not gonna show everybody what they're doing, so they only show the media that flashy mitt work that looks good, but I'm quite sure they do normal mitt work and body suit work for specific styles behind closed doors. It showed in alot of his fights that he had a solid plan for the fight and used the right punches for the opponent from the get go, and when these don't work he can change up pretty fast and improvise.

Look at all the Dontae haters even though it's his son and the accomplishments mentioned. These guys are all Nevada. If they play their cards right, one can only see great things for the Dontae family, and A LOT of boxers and industry people respect Dontae. I hope Dontae's son makes good money in the future.

Ironically, look at the races in Hollywood ...skin color... movie count ratio... which kind of people love toilet humor comedy. That's not a ''black thing.'' Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller, Seinfeld peepz.. Look at the producers of the later Nutty Professor remake... bafoonery and coonage with a taste of toilet humor they love.

A lot of particular mitt workouts are choreographed. The point is to learn the pattern they work on. Try doing the same pattern when movement is involved. Mitt workouts are intended for accuracy, efficiency, and reflexes. A boxer can always change it up stylistically but the routines can stay the same. Whether a fixed or moving position. Real defensive work is in sparring alone and what your trainer can reciprocate for what you're doing wrong.

Only someone called "Dontae" would think to call their spawn "Remeses." It's like these people want to be mocked & ridiculed.
