Certainly not in mandated title fights. The champ should not be able to demand the mandatory challenger for his belt come in miles under the limit for the division. That's just messed up.

When its between two fighters in separate weight classes,it is acceptable. When its two fighters in the same weight class,and fighter A is trying to bring down fighter B five lbs,its some b*tch ****.

WW rules are 147 limit, having a limit of 144 isn't WW. If you want to weigh 144 that's fine by WW rules, having a limit for your opponent of 144 isn't. Sorry but you're a dunce.
