Floyd came in @ 146lbs for an agreed 144lbs catchweight figh both of them Floyd and Marquez has a signature on it.
Isaac - Floyd choose to stick with the official welter weight rules
Marquez came in at an agreed catchweigh of 144 lbs.
Isaac . Marquez choose to stick with the unofficial WW rules.
if 146 is an official welterweight rules
where do 147, 145, 144, 143, and 142lbs falls, an unofficial welterweight rules?

and Marquez coming at 144lbs was not follwing the official rules?
it was a welter weight fight you dunce why would they both agreed for a 144 if it's not? would you think it is smart to have a catchweight agreementt of 148 for a welter weight fight you dunce.why would you call it a catchweight agreement if one can come at any weight he wants as long as it is in the division limit?

WW rules are 147 limit, having a limit of 144 isn't WW. If you want to weigh 144 that's fine by WW rules, having a limit for your opponent of 144 isn't. Sorry but you're a dunce.and Marquez coming at 144lbs was not follwing the official rules?
