nothing in there says anything about catchweight creating customs division.
If they aren't following official division rules and are creating there own rules, they're creating custom divisions.

That would be whatever unofficial name you want to give it, Mayweather chose to stick with the official WW rules though.

Yes you're a dunce. Official WW limit is 147, Mayweather weighed in at 146, he followed the official rules. You should know this by now.

Certainly not in mandated title fights. The champ should not be able to demand the mandatory challenger for his belt come in miles under the limit for the division. That's just messed up.

and Marquez coming at 144lbs was not follwing the official rules?

it was a welter weight fight you dunce why would they both agreed for a 144 if it's not? would you think it is smart to have a catchweight agreementt of 148 for a welter weight fight you dunce.why would you call it a catchweight agreement if one can come at any weight he wants as long as it is in the division limit?

WW rules are 147 limit, having a limit of 144 isn't WW. If you want to weigh 144 that's fine by WW rules, having a limit for your opponent of 144 isn't. Sorry but you're a dunce.
