Be honest, why does Ward want to fight a smaller guy so bad?

    i like that ward-kov fight.

    bettter than ggg-ward.

i think ward can be a good 175 guy. i don't think ggg is good at 168.

ggg is a small-avg MW tbh. recent 160 champs like taylor, bhop, pavlik are way bigger.

What kind of weird crap is that? That would be like Golovkin trying so hard to get a fight with Floyd. Wards fans would be so mad at that, so why are they so focused on the smaller man who they say Ward would easily beat? Don't fans want their favorites to overcome great challenges anymore?
In his mind, Ward is still preparing for the Golovkin fight...

(Give me a link in which Ward states that he will fight Kovalev in 2016...)

Its not even about size.....its seeing the best pure boxer vs the best pure puncher....its the classic boxing match up

and the more Abel Sanchez talks out of his azz the more I want to see the fight happen.

Also outside of Quillen, and Lee their isn't much left at 160. I'll leave my thoughts on him facing the winner of Cotto-Canelo til the fight happens
So why do you want Ward to fight the smaller man so bad?

But we know about the WBC and rules. They say a lot of stuff but if Canelo wins, we will see what they actually do.

maybe to cotto/rocn. yeah. i can see cotto getting stripped.

Why does Golovkin want to fight a smaller guy in Cotto so bad? Money.

Ward/Golovkin is a great fight. I hope we get to see it some day.

Ha. I remember Roy Jones and Arthur Abraham calling out DLH even though they are way bigger.

It's like yeah, I will drain to 150 for money.

Then what happens is we get all these rants about a side and b side.

Size/Height doesn't translate into better.....I'd favor GGG over Taylor when he was champion...its about skills, power, intangibles, etc.

                  I like Ward-Kov better too

No. Ward cleared out the SMW division 4 years ago - except for Stevenson and Bute, who he refused to fight - and the SMW division is going to stay cleared out ... for evermore.

height-size matters when moving up to higher divisions.
