Realism doesn't sell to the casuals, you think they will buy his next fight on ppv with comments like that if it's against lee or Saunders? Everyone knew Pepe wasn't the guy to test him and had a slim punchers chance of winning comments like this doesn't help his case and Lemieux suppose to be his best win on resume now

Yeah you're right but then again Casuals are not reading sites like this which pick up on a trainer's comments - they're reading ESPN occasionally, watching HBO and local and national newspapers - and I almost guarantee that none of those outlets are running with this story - they are all busy hyping everything and everyone that needs hyping - including Golovkin's next opponent and next fight.

I see what he has said but not sure if he said something ****** or was mis-quoted - either is possible with Sanchez.

But, what he was saying prior to the fight is that Stevens punches harder than Lemieux. That is a world of difference to saying that he is a better fighter and a Galaxy of difference to saying that he is Golovkin's best scalp.

For me, Murray, Geale and Lemieux are all at about the same level when they fought GGG. If you could put them in a round robin tourney and made them fight each other then I'm not sure what the outcome would be.

He said that Curtis was a tougher fight, and is a better puncher.

I dont rate Curtis or Lemieux.

Murray and Geale are definitely Golovkins best wins.

Could it be that there is some slight friction between Sanchez and Loeffler? Sanchez reckons GGG can march on and overcome all whereas Loeffler wants Golovkin to take small steps at a time?

Either way, not only do those two need to start reading from the same page, imho they need to prevent Sanchez from talking to the media.

GGGs coach should not perform the role of his manager or marketing advisor.

The Ward debacle was totally mishandled, they are paying the price for that.

How do you think Lemiuex matches up with Lee, BJS or Eubank Jr. ? Personally I'd love to see those fights. So are we saying anyone below top 4 in the MWs is a stiff? Come on man - get real - get a proper perspective.

Lemieux would do well against all 3. Not saying he'd win all 3, but at 1-2 of them.
