Stevens is not one of Golovkins 2 best wins, I dont rate Stevens at all really.

Even in this weak middleweight era, Stevens is not a top 10 fighter.

Well, I would be surprised if he was ranked in the top 10 anyway.

And yet, Sanchez states that Curtis was a better win and is a better fighter.

Did he just throw Lemieux under a bus and crap on 2 of GGG's top 5 wins ?

He says the funniest things at times.
Sanchez is a dumbass as usual. So insecure in the spotlight he has no accountability for his words nor focuses on contradictions if any. Weak trainer padding that resume the same Julio Cesar Chavez did long ago until real opposition came along

We already knew this Sanchez. That's why the PPV numbers were so horrible. Before the fight you said Lemeiux was more dangerous. Now you're actually telling the truth. Fans don't like being lied to and hustled.

Yes it is because prior to the Soviet Union collapsing there were virtually no professional Eastern European fighters. North of light middleweight go and ask that same question to an American boxer. So more belts now but more top professionals too.

How do you think Lemiuex matches up with Lee, BJS or Eubank Jr. ? Personally I'd love to see those fights. So are we saying anyone below top 4 in the MWs is a stiff? Come on man - get real - get a proper perspective.

I see what he has said but not sure if he said something ****** or was mis-quoted - either is possible with Sanchez.

But, what he was saying prior to the fight is that Stevens punches harder than Lemieux. That is a world of difference to saying that he is a better fighter and a Galaxy of difference to saying that he is Golovkin's best scalp.

For me, Murray, Geale and Lemieux are all at about the same level when they fought GGG. If you could put them in a round robin tourney and made them fight each other then I'm not sure what the outcome would be.

Could it be that there is some slight friction between Sanchez and Loeffler? Sanchez reckons GGG can march on and overcome all whereas Loeffler wants Golovkin to take small steps at a time?

You reckon it sounds better? When I hear that from TBE I just shake my head and smile. I prefer some realism any day of the week.
