I agree with the sentiment. But you can't just put your head in the sand and pretend that untold suffering has not been, and is not being, inflicted down racial and or cultural lines on this planet. Just because that's the way you wish it was, does not change that reality.

Furthermore the majority has a responsibility to accept their role in defining historical significance of racial epithets. The head in the sand syndrome does not alleviate the status quo,

As a person of mixed ancestry, all from the human race, a man born of 100 % human parents. Twenty three chromosome from my dad, and twenty three chromosome from my mom, make me human. Monkeys have 24 pair from each parent.

I am both the minority & majority in socioeconomic issues(mixed ancestry) and
social stratification. I hate the part of me that conquered the other part of me.
My pretty Japanese/Korean mixed wife tells me there still racism in Japan where we live.

I tell her there is only the human race, as she, like me, have only 23 chromosomes from each parent, & so do are children.

      Head in the sand???

I have been hated for being me, I am unfazed.

      Just your average bear.

But GGG would damn sure be a huge betting favorite over Quillin, Lee and Jacobs based on his record. He has never lost a fight or had a draw. He has never even been in a close fight. He has the highest KO percentage in pro boxing. His record is vastly superior to the records of those boxers. Jacobs has lost by KO. Lee has lost by KO and Quillin was held to a draw by Lee. They have all been knocked on their asses while GGG has never even been hurt. In your first post you said GGG would get credit if he beat these guys. Well he can't beat them because they won't fight him. Knowledgeable boxing fans give GGG credit as the best middleweight in the world. I love having him in boxing and knocking out 4 guys every year. He has lots of fans who think he is great and he earned them. I could care less if you don't think much of him. That is your loss. I enjoy watching him crush his opposition and that's all I have to say in this thread. You can answer me if you wish but I won't be reading your answer. You lost credibility with me when you ragged on GGG for not fighting boxers who refuse to fight him.
A controversial draw to lee. Lee was knocked down twice. Quillin dominated that fight and proved he knows how to handle punchers other than by slugging it out. The only part of that fight I would give to Lee is some of the later rounds.

Teddy Atlas even said that Quillin would be the best test for GGG and further went off and said that GGG's record is heavily padded.

GGG can't beat Lee, that's their worst nightmare. GGG camp doesn't like Southpaws to begin with. It would've made more sense to have chosen Korobov but instead they went with a 6-KO Monroe Jr. Lee got pop if accurately landed, and yes, Lee and Quillin are timed fighters and accurate. Quillin has massive power, just look at his body too, he's huge, look at his fists too. They are bigger if not the same as GGG.

It will be a great 160 year in 2016. Defending the belts will be heavier pressure for GGG mentally. The same way he looked coming in against Lemieux, and fought conservatively by just using a jab, the same way he approached Curtis Stevens...

Lee has crazy ass reach and will neutralize GGG. I don't even see GGG pressuring Lee forward. That fight will go 12, but GGG has never felt a hook or straight left from Lee. Lee has a crazy right hook.

There's no doubt he can beat Ward. That's why I don't believe only one side is avoiding the fight. They're both avoiding the fight. Therefore, blame both for the fight not happening.

How can GGG beat Ward? That jab doesn't work on Ward, and Ward is a volume puncher on jab+crosses. His defensive style alone doesn't even exist at 160. GGG has verbally said he never wanted anything to do with Ward. Go on Youtube. Stop fabricating lies. Ward has better things to do now at 175. GGG will move to 168 when he's 38,

This is what I don't get with you people. If you say this is not a competitive fight, why do you want to see it at all? Isn't that ******? So you want it to see him lose, eh?

No, Ward never did anything to make the fight happen. None. He just kept posturing. Show me something where he fired up instructions to ROC and told them to start the ball rolling. No, not the one where they offered the fight too late when 3G was already deep into the Lemieux fight. And the offer was supposed to be held late in 2016. That's bullcrap.

                  2. No its not. Not every racial epithet is created equal, and only the blind would contend otherwise. To find a reference point for each epithet you must analyze the historical precedent of each word. Not even a fraction of the suffering has been inflicted by someone saying dagowop than someone saying the N word. That is your guage.

Its always hilarious to me when someone says "and I like" suchandsuch... then proceed to downplay them. Never fails when someone says that that that's what happens.

With Jacobs it's eye test only. With Lee it's his power and height.

So its okay to call someone a Dago Wop, or a Ch#nk, G0(K, etc? because they are nothing compared to the N word, right, a derogatory term is a derogatory term man. But I guess its okay because only the N word is offensive.

How about not use racial slurs at all for any group? as far as I know you are not allowed to name yourself a racial slur on this forums.

Didn't say it's ok to call someone that. But where I take exception is when people take racial epithets with widely varying degrees of historical significance and pretend they are all of equal offensiveness. Doing so is essentially claiming ignorance of all the suffering that has been inflicted, and is being inflicted, using specific words. It's head in the sand syndrome, and I see it a lot from otherwise upstanding folk.
