Saunders deserves respect for honesty tbh. Unlike Cotto, Sturm, Martinez etc. Who straight up duck him while making excuses. Saunders admits that he doesn't think fighting GGG is in the best interest of his career. He admits that he'd get whopped and be less marketable and make less money for his wife and family as a result. He said he'd rather fight GGG in a few years when he has slipped a bit.

Can't hate a guy for saying it as it is.
