    He looked like the same guy against Trout, Floyd and Lara. If he learned something in the Floyd fight I would have expected to see real growth from Trout to Lara even if I throw out the Floyd fight.


    Not that he is a bad fighter but he is not a guy that is going to change, plus his team is the exact same so it is not like he is getting new ideas put in his head.

      I'm still amazed at how much the HBO/Showtime propaganda has fooled the americans to rate Canelo......he gets no respect in Mexico since he was made a fool of by Mayweather.....still popular, but losing 12-0 made him lose all credibility. If he loses to Cotto, even his mexican groupies will turn on him.

        No, it made you realize that you shouldn't be fighting at 154 (152 in this case) which is why you've been fighting at Middleweight ever since.

        160 will be Canelo's best weight. I don't see him making the full jump anytime soon though.
