Point deduction but nowhere near a DQ. He started the swinging motion when DL was starting to kneel.

I'm also confused. Logic tells me that GGG must have pulled that bunch back. But then he acted confused when the ref tells warns him, it takes him 2 seconds to understand what ref is saying and bow in apology.

But to anyone watching that punch, there's no way in hell that was not pulled back by GGG. That thing landed cleanly without any defenses from David, and David took it and didn't even look hurt. It barely even rocked his head back. There were a ton of other punches that didn't land nearly as cleanly that rocked DL back or to the side.

No dq, a point would have been appropriate. Lemiux could have milked that and stay down to force the referee to give him some time or call the fight which would have turned into a nc.

The Jones incident was different. He hit him twice and more time had passed since the knee.

Props to Lemieux, he could of milked it and put pressure on the ref.
