I know I said Ward should rebuild himself back to his P4P status but this is beyond a joke, there are fighters out there that are experienced and willing to take him on is Ward that scared of guys like DeGale, Jack... I mean he is getting a kid to go up in weight for him as well!
He ain't even fighting a dude at 175lbs that's beyond cowardly, this guy needs to retire ngl.

It's ridiculous. I have never heard of any top fighter taking so many tune-ups.

        I know how this fight will go;

Hopefully it's not on the Cotto-Canelo undercard, I might not wake up in time for the main event.

Its very likely to be on that card, Its the only way you could get me to watch Ward... I think I'll turn my PS4 on for that one and play some Fifa 16 whilst the bore does his thing.

But he fine with GGG coming up to 168 to fight him... WTF!?!?!
What is it then, was Ward talking BS when he said he wanted to fight GGG, did he want to set the GGG fight up but have 3 warm up fights?
Go on don't you be ducking these questions now.
He said he'd like to face Degale and Badou Jack before he moved up to 175

A lot of Ward fans have been hating on Golovkin (for facing Lemeiux) and Kovalev (for a potential Pascal rematch) this weekend.
'Murdock is cool though. He needs the tune-ups doe. It's the start of the road to Ward Vs Kovalev doe.'

It's a step down from Paul Smith, in the time Ward's team as had, you'd hope they could of found a better opponent. Tune-up fight or not.

Murdock isn't even from the southeastern part of Australia with the better boxing gyms and trainers, he's from Western Australia where there isn't much except desert.

Ward is taking advantage of an inexperienced kid.

There are plenty of veterans around 175: Gonzalez, Barrera, Agnew, etc.
What was GGG doing willie Monroe jr.?

Difference is GGG has been very active, Ward has not been so tune ups are the norm when you've only fought 2 times in almost 3 years

I hate how people nit pick with one fighter, but don't with others.....You cant have it that way.....it goes both ways

Please just stop! Murdock is ranked 30th in a weight class beneath where Ward wants to face him at and has never fought outside of Australia.

Surely you can see the difference between a slick, quick-footed, tricky southpaw with a stong amateur background like Monroe and a one-punch-at-a-time, slow-footed, limited kid like Murdock.

Ward should have a tune-up against someone not-so-easy like one of the Dirrell brothers.
