Throw Danny Garcia and Lamont Peterson rematches in there while we're at it.

He'll no doubt have to go cap in hand to Eddie Hearn to get on Sky. He'll be begging Brook for a payday.
The Brook fight would be a great start to rectify that.
But not sure if he can beat Brook.
Peterson and Garcia also make things interesting for Khan at 147.
Its sink or swim time, Khan needs to stop talking and sack up.
Khan should, he is likely one of the very best fighters at 147 now..... Mayweather has retired, Pac has declined, a couple of the other guys are a little over-rated and are running short on experience, Garcia and Peterson are not established..... the only guys I see really giving him any trouble are likely Pac/Brook/and maybe Bradley, but Khan would be right in those fights.
These guys just need to sack up and fight. Welterweight is disgraceful at the moment if you compare the amount of potential talent at 147 against the number of top level fights that have happened over that last 2 years.
Its not just Khan, it seems that nobody wants to establish themselves.
Bradleys admission a few days ago was shocking.

Anyway, we know the score. Khan is on easy street. He'll continue to play the role of the "most avoided" fighter, his fans will eat it up while he beats non descript opponents.
In other words, he'll be kept away from anyone who is a NATURAL welterweight than is strong enough to crack that chin. This means Thurman, Brook, Garcia, etc. are OUT...
I predict Khan will attempt to move up in weight again because he "couldn't get fights" to target the Cotto-Canelo winner, which may work out since neither will face Triple G, and mission accomplished. Khan cashes out, walks away with his pay day, and hopefully another KO to go with it.
Khan, of course, included Garcia
Not sure about 154, interesting thought.

Why on earth would any decent fighter duck Khan let alone Floyd Mayweather ......?
Everyone is saying the same thing about Khan, that he needs to fight a top guy to re-establish himself..... Brook could be the key, but at this point in time that could be close to a do-or-die fight for Khan.
Maybe he should forget Brook and look at someone like Bradley or Thurman if he cant land a Pacquiao fight.
