    Someone who has the following
    • Sizeable weight advantage over him
    • Constant clincher, time waster, spoiling call it what you want (cheating)
    • Someone who can jab with him and that can push him on the backfoot regurarly
    • A referee who will ignore the foul tactics (Steve Smoger)
    • Maybe also hometown judges

The best fight will be Canelo, Canelo has faced great fighters and the Cotto fight will prepare him even better. I dont think Canelo will vacate the belt even though GGG right after Cotto would be insane.

I dont even think 172lb Ward with all the height, reach and weight advantages would beat GGG, without his pocket refs he would get points deducted and eventually DQed, so he would have to fight.

There's a reason that during the HBO meeting when both were asked if they would fight each other, GGG said he was ready and Ward had excuses.

Someone who is physically stronger than him,has one punch ko power, has both reach, speed, and size advantage over him. The fighter would also have to be able to go hard for 12 rounds, and have a granite chin to be able to take shots. Last but not least, this fighter would have to have impeccable offense AND defence so he could be able to keep ggg at bay.

Aka,it would have to be the perfect fighter, which does not exist.

someone who can beat him to the punch and stop his feet from setting, who is also robust enough to take a bit of punishment without going into survival mode

Canelo's a bit short, flat footed and tends to fade late to be able to beat golovkin. Ward is the only guy that has a good chance to beat golovkin because of ward's size and style.

I'd pick Saul to beat him. He has to make it an INSIDE fight

                Ward beats him for sure

Also think guys with styles like Errol Spence and Roman beat gennady

Ward beats him at 168 but because hes naturally bigger, at 160 i dont see him losing

Lets see how Kid Chocolate vs Jacobs, maybe an impressive win of either guy can make an exiting match up, Kid gots talent its his time to show up

Who can beat Gennady? The top guy in the next division.

Who can beat Ward? The top guy in the next division.

Who can beat Kovalev? The top guy in the next division.

Who can beat anyone? Probably the top guy in the next division.

We have weight classes for a reason folks.
