I thought the first fight was fun. I got no problem with this. Pascal had a couple moments in there, and granted Kov had a ton of moments in comparison, but a fun fight is a fun fight. As with most rematches I think this will likely be over quicker, but I can see why HBO would show this.

And honestly who's Kov gonna fight? Its not like 175 is overflowing with notable, interesting &/or compelling challengers. Most of the top 175lb guys are with PBC/Haymon. No one gives a f#ck about the Cuban guy. Pascal puts asses in seats. If they are really trying to get Kov in there with Ward sometime next year I think you want a fight like this instead of a fight with some largely unknown guy.
