This is so fking sad!! 24 hours ago he was living normal, eating, walking, talking, and hoping for a great fight and now his career is over and it is even doubtful he will have a normal life or maybe even a life. If he pulls through, he needs to be compensated for the rest of his life.

Is there any boxer who's been in this sorta position thats alright today that I'm not recalling?

I'm talking about guys who've been injured in the ring, have had to have emergency surgery due to some bleeding or swelling situation with their brain & been put into a coma or were in a coma & got to walk out the hospital normal or close to normal at some point. Seems like when I hear about these types of things happening the "good news" is the guy is a shadow of who he was on a McClellan or Mago level give or take.

this are the type of wake up calls i hate to hear about. we all are guilty of complaining when a fight is stopped early a fighter dont get up when he can etc. hope this kid pulls thru

boxing at the end of the day is about who can give who the most brain damage.. punches to the head, no matter how great your chin, rock your brain. but they know what they sign up for and we as fans know what we watch.Last edited by damian War; 10-18-2015, 04:09 AM.
