Very competitive fight!
I'm so excited to see the smaller than Liemieux-- Canelo or even smaller Cotto fight this long ranging power puncher next. Honestly though, GGG should test himself or something. What a garbage and one sided affair. I was actually more excited throughout the Gonzalez fight coming in as a GGG fan. Until I saw the huge size( I mean human skeleton build--not weight) disparity.

We're dealing with facts. A weight 3 years ago is more relevant than a bunch of people guessing.

So why would ward need a 172 catchweight if he would only rehydrate 4 lbs to 176? Maybe it's because he's having trouble making 168,which would kinda explain the "???" As his weight for the Paul Smith fight. Just face it,he's outgrown 168,should be fighting at 175,yet you want him to fight the 160 lb golovkin.

This fight turned out exactly how I expected. This was nothing more than another GGG mismatch which 50,000 people were ****** enough to pay $60 to see on PPV (or $16 if you purchased a ticket to the fight).

Now I want to see GGG (Gutless Gennady Golovkin) step up and take on a real challenge in Andre Ward. I know it won't happen. Instead, the Gutless one will continue to fight one stiff after another at 160 and then at 168 (after Ward moves up to 175) until one of those stiffs gets lucky and KO's him or fans get tired if the endless mismatches. and stop watching him.

My thoughts exactly! When he stalks, they said he's limited. When he totally neutralized a guy by displaying one of the best jabs I've ever witness they said he doesn't go for broke. Next they're going to say he doesn't clinch or isn't slick enough haha...

Hating on the best fighters is a common trend on this site. Since Floyd is retired now, bitter so called boxing fans had to find a new fighter that constantly has to prove himself and that's GGG. Just like with Floyd whoever fighter he beats from the Cotto/Canelo fight will be met with an excuse. If he fights and beats Cotto they're gonna say Cotto was too small. If he fights and beats Canelo, they're gonna say he wasn't ready. Guarantee. People never want to give the best fighters any credit.

Little G should have been DQ tbh he hit Lemieux while he was down.

Nobody saw this coming I know I didnt. GGG and his trainer fooled everyone including David . Every interview saying fight won't go 4 rounds we coming right at david. Meanwhile they devised the perfect plan and GGG because of David's power does not come at him slugging instead comes out boxing and jabbing to keep David of him and neutrolized his attack. I wanted a great action fight with power exchanges but I can appreciate GGG showing us something new his boxing and jab skills.
