The arena would have easily been sold out. Brook has sold tickets in Sheffield against lesser opponents.
Khan's big UK homecoming in Sheffield where his primary aim was to outdo Brook in his own hometown ended up being half-empty

DeGale's fighting Bute over there because Bute sells more tickets in Canada than DeGale would sell in the UK and he's getting paid more money than he would fighting over here.

Lucian Bute, although a good first defence is not better than Chaves at this point.
But the point is that DeGale and Brook are following completely different models. DeGale isn't fighting here because he earns more in Canada.
Who is currently offering Brook a fight that will earn him more abroad? I'll wait for your answer with baited breath.
Unfortunately Rios turned down the Brook fight so he was left without a big name. He got a better fighter in Chaves. Even though Diego is no big name.

If Kell was so confident about beating Rios, why did he need a rematch clause? who does he think he is? Floyd Mayweather Jnr?
Its all or nothing...Brook shouldnt need a rematch clause for the likes of Rios, especially since the fight is in his own backyard.
