As far as I know he feels he beat Floyd and Floyd was suppose to give him a rematch but Floyd retired, so he fought Pac instead ( which is were Pac gets the hate that he dragged Dela Hoya down to WW when in fact he was coming down for Floyd).

But let's not get carried away with thinking for a moment Khan EVER called out Canelo OR Cotto! "He'll fight anybody... He's a throwback"... Give me a break!!!! He won't fight Brook, Thurman, Porter, Bradley, or Provodnikov at 147, ALL who have called Khan out!!! Khan will be looking for a rematch with Devon Alexander before year's end!!! Lol.
