            Let's be honest, Kahn would have a chance, but he's undesirable to fight because he uses cheap tactics now. No one wants to fight a guy who headlocks frequently, runs, pushes, etc. He has only himself to blame for people passing him over. He didn't always fight this way and it's a shame to see him turn into such a weasel.
