Khans win against Alexander looking a lot worse.

Yes there is hype surrounding Khan, but for a fighter with 3 losses still able to generate hype...means something!!

There is literally no hype surrounding Khan

Youve completely mixed up publicity and hype

Khan needs a good welterweight win. Even Kell Brook has one of those. He's trying to talk himself into a big fight, without actually earning it

There is just something about this guy hes so desperate to be the face of boxing be the p4p king basically the guy wishes he was floyd mayweather plain and simple. Well see what happens but floyd and manny did not duck khan thats a joke and if manny dont fight khan he is out of excuses.\

Until khan fights someone who can test his grill my respect for him is at a minimum.

I kind of disagree Cinci. To me the win is still good.

It's like college football. You need to remember where a team was when they lost, not where they are at the end of the season and treat a win like they were bad the whole time.

Devon is on the downside of his career now. When Khan beat him, Devon was at/near his apex and had a lot of buzz and respect from the boxing community.

Khan may be overhyped. I think he is a fuccboi. but I wont retroactively downgrade the Devon win.

I feel the same way.

Alexander is just declining fast.

Khan groupies (BoxOffice and FrankieBruno) will always say Khan 'schooling' Alexander was a masterclass and how it confirms Khan is a top level WW.

In reality Alexander looked unmotivated and one dimensional in the fight.

Khan's resume at 140 ended in two losses.

His resume at 147 is weak, to say the least.

Khan is done, has been for years.

Let's not get it twisted. Khan had a good solid win and looked impressive. But it's not more than that.

Some of the Khanturds were saying Alexander was a better win than Brook's over Porter, which is just wrong for so many reasons, but that's the level of ******ity you have to deal with when dealing with Khan fans.

Khan needs a good win quick. His ranking at #3 in the WW division is crazily inflated, but whatever. If he fights and beats a top 5 opponent he'll have deserved it.

Until Khan beats/loses to either one of Brook, Thurman, Garcia II & Pacquiao we will know whether he is still an elite fighter. However calling him C class, past it, a fraud, etc is onlt garbage that comes out of the mouths of haters. Do you see any credible boxing journalist out there, give Khan the treatment that he receives from xyz on Boxing Scene.

&.,.. How is Khan supposed to 'earn' a fight, when he wants to fight any of the top 5 welterweights in the World, and they refuse to fight him. Bar Kell Brook....which will only take place in the summer, hence he is out of the equation for now.

Thurman, Mayweather, Garcia and Pacquiao ....don't want anything to do with him. Khan needs an opponent to fight in Jan 2016?

Who should he fight....that will gain your so called Respect?????

Who has refused to fight him other than Mayweather if you want to call it that. Just because he didn't get a Mayweather fight doesn't mean Mayweather refused.

Contrary, everyone incl. Thurman/Brook/Porter/Garcia have recently come out and said they'd be ready to fight him anytime. But he doesn't want to do that.

He should realize that he's one of those guys. He's not better and he's not a bigger draw. He's one of the good welterweights, but definitely not the best and definitely also not the biggest draw.

Khan isn't elite, that much is obvious already.

I wouldn't say that. It was what it was. Let's not forget that Alexander shut down Maidana completely.

"But Maidana wasn't motivated doe"....Well who is to say Devon wasn't motivated last night. Pressure just gives him problems.
