Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum met with eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao on Monday night and two of them discussed some possibilities for what is likely going to be the final fight of his career.
Pacquiao, who is currently a congressman in the Philippines, plans to pursue a senate seat in 2016 and his chances of winning are very good.
Both Pacquiao and Arum agree that a senate position would effectively close the door on being an active fighter. [Click Here To Read More]Comment

See. Your response here is vague and naïve. Floyd is a known LIAR and master deceiver. If you honestly think he weighed around 150-152lbs against Chino or Manny, something is wrong with you. Floyd was BIG as hell against both and weighed at least 160lbs. Name the last opponent that Floyd was smaller than, in the last 5 years? You can't. Who knows how long he's been masking PEDS in his fights? We are very close to the truth now, perhaps.Comment

Exactly. Bob just doesn't want to do business with Floyd, because Pac lost. That means Floyd can make more demands nad get them because he won. Pac doesn't need to fight any of these young guys. What have they done to deserve a fight with him. ? It should only be Mayweather, Marquez, Canelo, or GGG. Those are the only fights he should take. Two of those are longggggshots too.Comment

Priority one has got to be getting Juan Manuel's old ass back into the ring by any means necessary and avenging that brutal knockout loss.
It's a stain that Manny is VERY capable of cleaning up before he retires. If he doesn't it will forever haunt him (his fans) the rest of his life and hurt his legacy as well.
It ABSOLUTELY has to be priority one!Comment

Let's hope not! Talk about ending your career on a sour note! Pacquaio's last four fights, including his performance against Floyd, turned out to be stinkers. The last thing he needs is five stinkers in a row!Comment

Yes Manny should move on and retire, there's nowhere to go but down after the Mayweather fight. There's no need for a rematch, no shoulder was injured (pride maybe), nothing happened outside of the laws of physics except someone got out boxed. The reaction to this fact has been bizarrely entertaining, let me see if I'm getting all of the convolutions right:
Step 1. (God delivers the hated Mayweather into the hands of the Righteous and sinless Manny Pacquiao)-------------->Step 2. (Manny declares he won the fight even though he knows he lost, who would disagree he's Manny and Mayweather is Satan)------------->Step 3. (Manny gets interviewed by someone who isn't thirsty for Kool Aid, Max Kellerman, who snaps his ass back to reality. "Dude you lost")-------------->Step 4. (Manny goes to the post-fight press conference where everyone thought he lost, but he moronically tries to claim he still won even with an injured shoulder)--------------->Step 5. (Fan support is triggered and a herd of mentally unbalanced people clog up YouTube and boxing forums with reasons why Manny actually won, "PLEASE WATCH THE FIGHT IN SLOW MOTION, MANNY IS TOO FAST FOR NORMAL SPEED, HE WON")------------->Step 6. (Mayweather used an IV, therefore it's obvious, Manny won with one arm, while not landing on a two armed steroid abuser)-------------->Step 7. (Manny finally reveals that God told him he would lose the fight)------------->Step 8. (Manny also reveals that he was injured during the 4th round of the fight with Floyd)----------------->Step 9. (Somehow Manny's fans accept all of the startling contradictions and continue to spam forums with wet and sloppy tears claiming Manny won and was ripped off by a steroid cheat whose abilities were supernaturally increased (a component needed to beat Pacquiao) so he could outpoint a fighter that was KO'd 3 times)--------------->Step 10. (Hope and pray the mainstream media pick up on the whining about PEDs so they can invalidate the entire career of Floyd Mayweather, including the real, but painful loss on May 2nd)
I'm assuming there will be additional steps in the future....Comment
