I gotta put Kov #1....dropped and stopped a guy (agnew) who'd never been dropped or stopped with a jab to the body

in kovalev case sometimes it's like he isn't even trying, like he doesn't put any effort behind the punch and still, the other guy's head is almost spinning

Ridiculous list. Golovkin above Kovalev? No chance in hell.

Golovkin should be number two, Kovalev number one. He is without the most explosive and biggest puncher in boxing. When he touches you....... you start to realize you need to survive, plain and simple.

Golovkin is obviously explosive and a huge puncher, that's why he should be number 2. But Kovalev's power is one of a kind, we will not see a fighter with his combined skill-set and natural krippling power in a long, long time.

Which is why when it's all said and done and he beats Ward, Adonis, Beterbiev, Alvarez, Fonfara and Gonzalez, he will go down as the GOAT.

That's the indicator of true power. Look at guys like Foreman, Naz, Tito, they are all very similar. Even GGG but I think Kovalev hits harder p4p and most definitely hits harder in real terms.

Lemme guess...a guy who has made a career reporting on boxing posts a list and the "experts" on boxingscene tear it apart. Pretty standard Wednesday it looks like.

I get what you're saying....but the guys on this website have been following the guys on the list just as long as Fat Dan. This isn't a list from 20 years ago bro, it's all guys we have been watching fight and train in present time for quite some time now. And for that reason alone, it's fair game Holmes.

                  - How is Pac not on the list?..I think Pac should be on that list, he rocked alot of guys with solid chins..he droped Shane...neither Cotto or Canelo could drop him. Cotto I can see but maybe a little lower on the list like 9 or 10, Canelo has good power but not explosive, Cotto hits harder than Canelo.

You realize that we watch the same fights he does right?

Im not sure Thurman, Mathysse and Cotto deserve their spot. Their power is more concussive then explosive. Lemieux has KOd every bum his handlers could find over the years... Big deal.

Any list without Stevenson is a joke.

                      Same thing for Axe man.

Pac is not retired, p4p he is more explosive then most on this list.
