I would've thought Brook would want the winner from Thurman vs. Porter, especially if it's Thurman. I would love to see Brook vs. Lara @ 154, or Brook vs. one of the Charlo Bros. @ 154. If Brook fights Canelo or Cotto, it won't be @ 154.

For those who aren't aware, Eddie Hearn talks a chronic amount of ****. What he's doing here (associating his fighters with big names he has no intentions of fighting) has become a favourite tactic of his. A most recent example being Scott Quigg and his apparent negotiations with Nonito Donaire. It all amounted to nothing and when Donaire's people called his bluff. And now, with Brook, he's linking him to Canelo who doesn't even fight at 154 anymore.

Yep, that's what Hearn does. He's a cunning manipulator. He screws other promoters and makes them think he's seriously negotiating with their fighters. In reality, he uses them to lure other fighters he's targeting, cheapen their value.

But at least he's in full control of his fighters. Roc can't even control Ward. Roc wanted GGG, but Ward can't make up his damned mind.

So would I. But he is huge at 147 and sometimes can look a bit drained at the weight.

He has unfinished business there, but would be interesting to see him at 154 also.
