hmm well all the other champs turned him down that's well documented and in the mean time hes fought 7 top 10 fighters. was cleverly even in the top 10? no he was not. also ggg is a champ so yes you could call it champion boxing when he fights. pretty simple to understand i thought but i guess not for some. fonfara is not a champ. cleverly is not. where were the premier champions? should we just crown them champs for beating non ranked fighters?

PBC is killing it on Spike and ESPN. We'd never get these types of fights on Friday's. Be thankful.

ok this was a good entertaining fight. that's cool. there are lots of entertaining fights. just check zelenoff vs andrew kid thunder hartley. does that mean its meaningful in any way? no. how was cleverly even in this fight? ok they want fonfara to fight stevenson again that's cool. why not fight beterbiev to earn that shot? no the pbc cares about belts because they are trying to get a vacant belt off of kovalev so they can market beterbiev as a champ when no one in their right mind will call him a champ. he had the chance to figth kovalev and he didn't want to. he wanted the easy vacant route. the route of least resistance. the pbc route.

i don't hate it. how can you hate the minor leagues. they are an essential part of any sport. i think its a little disingenuous to call it champions but ok i guess thats their marketing strategy.
