You guys aren't seeing the bigger picture. Even if there's money to be made for a part 2.

Floyd won't do it. You know why?

It's because, he cant take no more masking agents again that's why.

While it was the highest grossing fight in every category it was a tremendous let down for some fans that wanted to see Floyd lose and lose badly. They'd spent the better part of five years infusing Pacquiao with magical abilities his previous opponents didn't have.

I doubt Pac could inspire all but the most jihadist elements among his fan base that he would be able to achieve a different outcome....

Floyd started younger and was a late developer and outgrew divisions rather than moved up divisions. Anyhow Floyd just fought in a weaker era and no really big names in their primes. He has one bona fida ATG in Pac, but Pac was smaller again, and coming off of a loss to JMM.

No matter how you twist it, Floyd hasn't done anything equal to SRL. SRL stops all of Floyds opponents within 10 rounds.

Floyd has yet to prove things to himself. He can fight GGG at middleweight. That is comparable to SRL fight with Hagler or LaLonde. But lets stop the tit for tat. Just go out of your way to do more than SRL or Duran, put the calculator away of how many divisions Floyd has done or how much he has to step up. Go far and beyond what they did, be an overachiever.

Arum's game is so obvious, that it's sad that folks still listen to his tune

Matthysse lost his fight, Mayweather2 isn't going to happen, Khan "will fall apart in negotiations", and he's not going to even put forward a remotely fair offer to Kell Brook.

Arum will wait till Bradley-Rios happens, before declaring that the winner of said fight is the most worthy challenger and triple-tough compared to Mayweather, before trying to sell Pacquiao-Bradley 3 or Pacquiao-Rios 2 at $70sd/$80hd.

            enjoy

There will never, under any circumstances, be a Pacquiao-Rios II. You should (and maybe do) know better than that.

Pacquiao is fighting Mayweather without you Arum... He don't need you anymore.

Are you willing to bet on it?

The whole idea is prefaced by Rios beating Bradley in November, but I'm fairly certain that that's the plan behind the entire smokescreen.

HBO will only show highlights Rios using quick footwork around Alvarado (coming down, seemingly, from a massive drug bender), and neither Top Rank or HBO will make much mention of the first fight, instead choosing to sell Rios as some top welterweight coming off two stellar performance.

And the PPV wouldn't come cheap either.

I have no intention of paying for the fight (doubt that I'd even be heading to a bar to see it either), but, outside of a fight with Terrence Crawford, I don't see any other Pacquiao fight Top Rank would be able to make that they wouldn't have to open the books for.

If you have a more logical idea, i'm all ears

If Rios beats Bradley, I'll be happy to bet on it.

Their fight didn't make that much money and was completely lopsided. There wasn't even a murmur of buzz for a rematch. Top Rank is too smart to try and repackage something that crappy. They will go outside their own promotion before they would ever try that.

                      Pac-Bradley 3? Not impossible. But Pac-Rios 2 is.
