How desperately do you want Floyd to lose? Seriously, be honest? Do you pray 5 times a day or just once a day?

Theres no such thing as too big. Too good maybe.

Im a Floyd fan and want him to be TBE. There is no reason why Floyd should do less than those who came before him. If SRL can fight Hagler and LaLonde, Floyd should at least make some kind of effort. Duran did well against Hagler and fought at supermiddleweight and we know what Duran did there don't we? RJJ went up to heavyweight, and if he would have retired after that fight who knows how RJJ would have been remembered? I could go on and on and on. Floyd can fight GGG at middleweight and that would be enough. Who knows how Floyd will be remembered after that.

It is done. Pacquiao won with one arm, no need for a rematch.

But Manny never said there are talks or negotiations with Floyd.

He said he talked to Floyd about a rematch. And then said, it is unlikely to happen. That's like the opposite of saying there are negotiations.

This fight made them both richer, but it showed how overrated both are at welterweight. At the lighter weights, both were truly great fighters. But at 147, both got guys benefited from careful match making by fighting fighters at catch-weights, fighting older guys that were past their primes, smaller guys who didn't belong at that weight, or guys that were just average fighters.

No point whatsoever in seeing them in the same ring again. No point.
It was bad for boxing, and a bad fight too.

This is why I said before the fight, it was too late, and I hope they don't fight. It was obviously going to be a snoozefest.

Floyd is one of the worst champs, and one of the most harmful champs to boxing. His reign was boring as hell and only appealed to blacks and whatever fans the opponent brought.

I really do hope he stays retired.
