Andre Berto has had some crappy performances, and I call him out on that even though he is a favorite of mine. Jan Zaveck was not one of those controversial fights. I saw someone point that out and I gave my opinion. I even looked back at posts just ot make sure i'm not going crazy, and it seemed like everyone was just saying it was a good fight.

Cmon man lets be serious. Is this fight all that different from Tim Bradley vs Diego Chaves or GGG vs Willie Monroe? Is HBO a scam too?

And read up on Al Haymon. He's a cat who's been a business man since college. He's made much $ in concert promotion & even more money off of creating business that operated within his concert promotion business. He's got very lil lizard brain Don King/Bob Arum **** going on with him from what I can tell. Some scam to just skim off 15% of overpaid fighters doesn't seem like the type of level he'd be working on. I legit think he's trying to make PBC the NFL of boxing & everything he's doing is trying to implement that into taking place over the next 5-10 years.

Bradley Chavez is at least going to be an exciting fight. Both fighters come to FIGHT and they will actually throw punches. Lara is going to resort to his usual amateurish style of running and flicking jabs for 12 rounds.

Zaveck is a solid durable fighter who's been in with some quality opponents but doesn't have that X-factor to get the wins. That said it will be probably be a boring fight

Not a great opponent but still far better than Brook's opponents for the past year so can't really criticize Lara since Brook set the bar so low for the level of opponent permissible to defend a belt against. Floyd did the same recently with Berto too, who's probably about the same level or lower than Zaveck.

Agreed, Lara is one of those type of guys its a big risk for one of the Charlo brothers to fight him I doubt they'd want any of him I don't blame them but I think in 2016 he might get a big fight.
I'd love to see him stake a claim to the 160 division, I think he could do a job in that division some good fights to be made for him up there.

There is no incentive to fight anyone good when when you get a mil to fight a guy who probably isn't even in the top 50.
