This dumbass lady has obsessive/compulsive behavior with her preoccupation with Mayweather. It's not enough that she is the best female fighter or at least best UFC female fighter that she has to obsess over Mayweather. Too bad Laila Ali wasn't in her prime today cause she would level Rousey in a boxing match.

Rousey's doing nothing more than taking the Top Rank approach to marketing, which is drop someone's name until you get your ass kicked. What does she have to lose? Anyway, this whole scenario is just opportunities for Ronda to stay in the public eye. The UFC fans already talk about her constantly, dying for her to fight Cyborg, which will probably happen if the 2 get close in weight. Fighting is a biz first and foremost to these fighters, promoters, managers, networks. So the fighters are scheduled for umpteen interviews, and foto ops out the wazoo. In a way it's all a circus, but in the end we still (usually) get to watch boxing cards for free on TV... that is if you don't count HBO/Showtime as costing much per show watched. But above all, don't get the idea Ronda (or any fighter) goes around to all the scribes dying for them to interview her. Doesn't work that way. IOW she isn't the one obsessed with Floydie. The scribes are obsessed with making a story involving questions about her and Floydie, so their bosses will be impressed with their job performance. Whether a scribe will admit that or not, they all use the same basic formula.

UFC champion Ronda Rousey is still holding a small grudge against five division champion Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Their media feud first began last July, when Mayweather was asked about Rousey and he replied "I don't know who 'he' is."

From that point on, Rousey has been taking shots at Mayweather in the press. Earlier this year the war of words reached a new level when Rousey beat out Mayweather to win the ESPY award for Fighter of The Year - and then she stated during a live television interview - “I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once" - a dig at Mayweather's past legal issues with domestic abuse.
