Or... they could change the date.

But I'm telling you right now if Haymon schedules this fight to start at 11pm EST there is no way I'm watching it.
If it's NBC it'll be 7:30 if it's ESPN it'll be at 8 central time.

Is 8 the start of the PBC card or the main event? If it's the start of the PBC main event then that would be perfect.

Imo this fight stylistically favors Porter. Consider Porters in-your-face approach with thurmans lacking inside game... then again this could turn into just an all around ugly fight. Porter likes to smother his opponent up close, at the same time i dont think his inside game is too great. Thurman just needs to stop pretending to be something hes not...hes not this slick, conservative boxer. He needs to try to hurt Porter instead of using too much movement(not that theres anything wrong with that) which would favor Porter, hes just not that kinda fighter, his strengths are that of a straight forward boxer puncher(not a brawler).

Idk but im definately intrigued how this fight woulf play out

This is not the best opponent for Thurman. Porter's intensity and volume is overwhelming. Thurman would do himself a big favor by knocking Porter out early, but easier said than done. Broner at least showed that it's possible.

Michale woods is saying it's going to be in San Antonio on NBC so the main event will start at 9. That's perfect imo.

Porter wins this. Thurman does not fight as well backing up and Porter will keep Thurman pinned to the ropes and work him over little by little. Collazo from the start and Guerrero later on showed that when you back Thurman up, he is very uncomfortable and Porter does this way better than both those guys. Porter by decision.

Sure It's A Great Fight; WHY Does Khan Not Have To Fight The Best at 147???

Khan doesn't have to fight Brook, doesn't have to fight Thurman, thinks he's in line for Pacquiao and he'll get left behind just like Floyd did to him. Yet Thurman had a war with Guerrero, Porter just schooled Broner, and Khan is taking no risk against either, thinking he's getting Manny. Just tired of this weasel Khan avoiding the best at 147. Khan was hoping these two would fight each other so he doesn't have to.

One good thing is UFC has so many dang undercards that their main event doesn't start until late.

LOL @ all the mma fanboi getting exposed in this thread.

An mma event over even an amateur boxing event is a joke.
