I really hope most of you are under the age of 21. Soo much immaturity in these forums. Respect the fighter, especially if you don't fight or have courage to do what he can. Sport is visicous, and he has always fought hard and entertained.

For all of the fighters that I respect, my respect isn't gonna pay their bills, or correct their permanent physical damage after they hang their gloves up. That said, I don't think they really give a damn about my respect, or the respect of any other internet forum guys who think they know how a fighter is supposed to conduct himself after a possible critical injury.

These guys have their families/self to worry about, so if they make the decision to not take unnecessary punishment in order to fight another day, that's a decision I'm perfectly fine with. Saying that a fighter isn't allowed to quit or shouldn't quit is ridiculous. We don't need anymore guys ending up like Ali for the sake of being a "warrior."
