He was without doubt a boxingscene and online boxing community hypejob. He got way too much hype on here man the **** his fanboys used to come out with was nauseating.

He's a world level fighter and a good fighter who should have had the IBF title after beating Peterson. He's good enough to be a belt holder just not someone who stands out from the pack.

To put it simply he is not and will never be elite.

getting too much hype and hype job are not necessarily same thing.

anyone can be over hyped/overrated.

are you serious? bro lucas was a huge favorite vs danny. and remember the media had Lucas on the cover of ring magazine when danny was the champ. Lucas had a lot of hype way more than maidana, and maidana has done alot more
