I picked him to win mainly because of his size advantage. This is why Hopkins beat Trinidad, Wright, Hoya, and Pavlik. It was size more than skill. Get me?
And yet, Mayweather consistantly beat guys 20lbs heavier than him.

I guess the bold proves just how great a fighter Mayweather truly was.

    Right ?

              I really don't know

Chris Algieri type of situation again

I don't think Manny Postol is realistic because they are both under Roach.

I think that Roach would drop Postol for Manny, without much hesitation.

The problem is, Arum was full of shhht regarding his options for Manny.

Arum stated the 5 options are Marquez/Khan/Brook/Crawford/Matthyse.

Well, including Marquez as #1 proves that Arum was lying.

Marquez stated back in 2012 that he wasn't interested in a rematch, Marquez stated back in 2013 that he wasn't interested in a rematch, and Marquez stated back in 2014 that he wasn't interested in a rematch..... so Marquez was never an option.

And I dont believe that Pac will fight either of the brit welters.

And I dont know if either Crawford, Pacquiao, or Arum, are ready for that fight as yet.

I truly have no idea whats up next for Manny.

You're right, this is a little like the Algieri situation, will they fight Postol ?

Goldenboy, De La Hoya, is going to have a bad 2015/16

His guy lost here, one of his other champs will lose in a few weeks, and it's only a matter of time before his Red haired Goldenboy (Mr. Let's drain down 20 pounds and fight my little brothers friends Canelo) will be exposed.

Canelo vacates and runs like hell from GGG, that's a given, because Goldenboy will have been devastated by then.

It will be better to trick his Mexican fan base into believing he is really a 154 fighter than lose to GGG.

                  Postol looked good.

It's too bad this fight probably just killed off any chance Oscer and Canelo grow a pair of balls in the next two year.

I agree. Mattyse is an exciting fighter with KO power but a guy who gives him angles and has some length will always give him trouble.
Interesting fact about FM is that he had alonger reach than any man he fought except Oscar who had a 1 inch advantage (judah has same measurement as Floyd)
Even Canelo, a legitimate middleweight and a couple of inches taller, was at a disadvantge in terms of reach.
