It was too sloppy and clinchy to be considered a schooling, but Porter won rather easy. Broner just can't let his hands go, being gun shy at such a young age is not a good sign for his career moving forward. His defense is also nowhere at the level he would like it to be, I wish he'd link up with another trainer to reinvent him but that's never gonna happen.

He outboxed, outbrawled, and completely controlled Broner from start to finish. Pretty damn close to a schooling if you ask me. Broner was never in the fight. The 2-3 times he won a round, Porter came out and dominated him the next round.

He stops throwing punches because he's a dumb fighter who needs a stationary opponent to look good. Do anything besides stand directly in front of him and Broner will stop throwing because he doesn't know what to do.

The only true fight worth watching tonight is Postol Mathysse is what I meant number 1 against number 7 ring ratings, that one showcases talent. The other one is BS, number 5 against a fighter not ranked top 10

matthysse and postol both fought their way into this match, broner is coming from a loss vs porter at ww and he gets a title shot for a belt at 140 lbs.

The idea that Broner is this great talent who doesn't train, take fights seriously etc is nonsense. He struggles and loses everytime he steps up simply because he's very average, not because of his habits outside of the ring.
