Fought Porter at 144, another guy none of the established WW is trying to fight (save Brook). People complain about boxers not wanting to fight good fighters because they're more concerned about their 0. Broner ain't like that. He even tried to make a fight with Khan and Khan turned him down. At 135 Ricky Burns ducked him. Broner got more heart than most of y'all favorite boxer. Yea he talks a lot of **** but he's shown the heart of a champ getting up off his ass against a dangerous Maindana and finishing on his feet. Behind on the scorecards against Porter and almost getting the KO in the 12TH. I don't understand the hate for Broner but the love for Fury. A loud mouth bum who has done nothing and fought nobody. But people will swear it has nothing to do with race.
i think kev was saying what he "shouldve" done, meaning he should have went to 140 for abit after 135

Despite everything, I actually want Broner to do well, post-Maidana. He really is talented and the people who pushed him did it for good reason. Stafford needs to kick his a.ss on discipline. I truly believe Broner can shine again.

People really need to read the articles on here, rather than just the headlines.

His words are encouraging, it looks like he's changing his attitude, or at least understanding the need to change.

He will never be a truly great fighter but he can be an very exciting one. The Porter loss was way worse than the Chino one because in the Porter fight, he had a complete loss of identity. He is not a boxer who holds and spoils. That isn't him.

i blame his training staff for that,,stafford is a nice olympic trainer but hes a joke when it comes to pro boxing

all of his dudes take beatings when facing high volume, high pressure fighters
