No... I was thinking something in between these:

"An MRI revealed it's a minor tear of the muscle and Klitschko should be cleared to resume fight preparations in x or y timeframe."

Or

"An MRI revealed it's a minor tear of the calf muscle.... but also a several sprain of the **** sphincter muscle. Mr. Klitschko has indicated he has no intention of facing Mr. Fury in the ring, and is using the injury time to think of an elegant way to bow out of the fight."

Whichever best applies.
