Andre Ward needs to stop playin about and fight Kovalev and beat him...beat Stevenson and unify at light heavyweight. Nobody will beat Ward in the ring.

Meh, I don't think he's in a rush. The main draw of the card is already made, they're still piecing together the rest. I think they still have to finalize Mirua/Vargas.... don't think they're much in a rush for Ward's announcement....probably mid October or sometime this month

This fking hypocrite lol....you'd be one of the first guys slamming GGG for turning down a Ward fight for the end of 2016 but now it's a business when Ward did it ha?

Beforehand, Stevenson called Ward out while still at 168... then happened what you say...

well ward fights at 168 and 175 and hasn't been willing to fight anyone good in his own divisions. just look at his history. ducked bute, stevenson, froch, and degale while trying to fight sartison, truax, and zac dunn. maybe those fights were bigger money fights right business men fans?

But once Adonis has faded with age, Ward might have a go at him.

Ward feels he can beat Kovalev, that means the fight will likely happen next year. But Main Events needs to be careful not to have one of the Son of Goat's home refs like Jack Reiss work the fight, or Ward will use a lot of head butts.

Ward will likely fight a journeyman like Periban or some other soft opponent like the faded Sukhotsky in November.
Even if he fights Stevenson next and beats him, someway or somehow he won't get credit for it

He should have fought him then. If he waits until Stevenson is too old and faded, Ward won't deserve credit. And the Son of Goat shouldn't be using crooked home referees who permit him to clamp his opponents' arms and head butt.
