Nobody @ 160-168 jumping @ the chance to fight him...might as well move up and solidify his place as a possible great by going after Kov or Adonis

He ducked a fight with Stevenson at 168.

But once Adonis has faded with age, Ward might have a go at him.

Ward feels he can beat Kovalev, that means the fight will likely happen next year. But Main Events needs to be careful not to have one of the Son of Goat's home refs like Jack Reiss work the fight, or Ward will use a lot of head butts.

Ward will likely fight a journeyman like Periban or some other soft opponent like the faded Sukhotsky in November.

He should not be looking to fight anyone at 160 period, and he has done all he can do at 168..it is time for that next chapter in his career imo

ducked is the most overused word on this site.... Stevenson was a prospect @ 168 n did nothing there, got koed by a freaking journeyman there

Well we're less than 8 weeks away from the Alvarez/Cotto fight. I assume either Ward's starting his training camp or upset that HBO is trying to force him into tough fights for less money than he feels he deserves.
