Well truth is it's nearly impossible to catch hiv from open wounds. Not saying it can't happen but fact is it's so rare there are less than 100 documented cases of it happening. HIV+ and aids are two different things.

being HIV+ just means you contracted the virus, it doesn't mean it's developed into AIDs yet.

Magic Johnson for example has been HIV+ for decades now, but it's never developed into the aids syndrome.

it basically is the same... u have the virus... its called aids when ur t cell levels i believe go down to a certain number... once u hit that number it means that your immune system is not capable of fighting off anything anymore.
