Arum said the injured shoulder has been apart of all his training camps and fights since 2009 , I doubt this fight was the only time he wanted to use it , but its the first time he had to announce he wanted to use it because Arum had no control over drug testing , based on that I would bet money Manny has used it since 2009 .

What if its not on a form and given to him in the locker room right before the fight just like the footy players use it , thats a testing thing and Arum was in control of that , was he tested in China with Rios Algeiri , I cannot find a result anywhere .

No, I don't believe that Manny was using Toradol since the Oscar fight because if he was then why did the NSAC deny him the use of it this time? The reason being is because he failed to disclose on that questionnaire form of any preexisting medical conditions where he circled no. So, it just doesn't make any sense to me. In my judgement, it was probably the first time he had ever requested it.

Also, keep in mind that most rotator cuff tears are asymptomatic and then degenerate by getting progressively worse over time as we age. It's reasonable that Pac did not start feeling pain or any symptoms of it until recently; Perhaps it wasn't until he started training for the Mayweather fight that he begin to really notice any.

Exactly. So just say you had injury before hand. Show evidence of an injury before hand. Then let the commission decide on fight night to go with it. This way at least the judging world can then say, ah, his rotator cuff was messed up and for years...at least that's honorable. It's not a 100 yes or no questionaire...

Or, instead, we show the world all these ridiculous inconsistent lies or excuses...but as we all know...it's the first time Top Rank has looked so sharp in making up excuses.

Or better yet, you create a WADA based thread, and you ask everyone with endless pages going, yet not one soul gives reasoning as to why Top Rank refused WADA style testing. But as Dan Rafael said on ESPN, that Manny wasn't obligated to draw blood under the rules of the NSAC. Those were his exact words.
