Then what do you call a guy who last fought at 172, takes forever to decide on an HBO deal cause they want him to fight the stiff midlevel prospect/contender Yuniesky Gonzalez (whom he turns down), and instead sends laughable offers to an unproven MW?
I'll call both of them fighters whose resumes take gigantic poops on your hero's.

Dude, stop. He's already dead lol

He's the only person who actually believes what he's saying. Anyone trying to make a coward out of Carl Froch is not right in the mind. Let him be.

Gotcha, no standards or consistency. Remember, Froch is Ward's best win, yet this guy refused to fight the unproven MW despite the great advantages in experience, size, home turf, the stuff Ward didn't have to concede.

So how about that Ward vs Periban undercard gem? Lets hope HBO approves and we don't have to look up the BET channel number.

So you're saying you don't believe Froch's quotes? I mean he reiterated it, remember he stands by it and doesn't give a ****. Made it to that part yet?

Froch is obviously not a coward, he's just not confident enough to face this unproven MW at his own weight, in the UK.

Froch is a 38 year old man that's already been through the grinder. He chose to retire, and deserves it.

Your hero on the other hand has looked the other way at any fight that looked like it might be a challenge. Murray? Geale? Lemule? Loooooooooooool.

He doesnt get criticism for trying to fight Froch, he gets criticism for ducking Ward. I thought you understood that already. Is the issue getting too complicated for you?

If not, try to understand that Ward would also catch heat for offering to fight Pascal at 175 but claim to be too small for Kovalev at the same damn time.

I dunno, I'd think Froch at 168 in the UK would be a challenge and a risk. Too bad Froch would rather swerve him. But yeah, I'm not sure anyone under 168 would be a challenge, still I wish the then p4p MW champ Sergio would have tried to make it one. But at least he's trying to claim what's his, the MW belts, while doing great business finally. Meanwhile the other guy is after more bums, with pathetic viewership.

"But I'll fight anyone. I'll fight Golovkin, of course I would."

You can leave that off as much as you like. He said he would not fight him, and then said he would fight him. Despite that, you only want to run with the first part, and not examine the quote as a whole. That's called bias brody.

Taking the entire quote into consideration, I'd believe the second half of the quote over the first primarily because Froch has in fact fought EVERYBODY. You take an excerpt from an interview (leaving context out entirely), and proceed to use that as the reason that a man who went through the wringer at 168 is afraid of a guy who's never even taken a belt from another fighter? And is a weight division under him? I don't know what GGG means to you, but he must mean a lot for you to post the drivel you do.

Loooooooool. Viewership? That's all you could come up with?

Ward said he'd drop to 160 for Floyd, but won't come down to 164 for GGG. Clear duck, right? It's a simple principle, go up to 168, down to 154 for a big, PPV fight, and that's before GGG was PPV himself. Not for a B sider that wants 50/50 lol.

Ward would catch that heat unless Pascal was a one off big time PPV at 175, and Ward was heading back down to unify the belts and take part in a megafight PPV. But in reality he last fought at 172, his next fight is likely an undercard catchweight against a bum. The dude apparently turned down Gonzalez, and has been trying to get HBO to buy Periban or Zac Dunne.
