We need to define the criteria for " P4P " and then rule accordingly.

There is no criteria that could possibly justify ranking GGG higher than Pac.

    There simply isn't !

People have him higher than Wladimir Klitschko, Kovalev, Rigondeaux, Pacquiao, Marquez, Cotto, etc... HOW? Fact is this.. IT'S ALL ****ING HYPE just like Roman Gonzalez is getting. One fat **** that's a boxing fan crown these guys as MUST SEE fighters and now everyone got them at the top of their lists.

It's called attrition son. 6 out of his last 10 opponents were Ring ranked top 10 in his division and he stopped them all while only losing a few rounds. Not many active fighters can say that.

Ever notice Golovkin fans use carefully worded statements like this? "6 of his last 10 were Ring ranked top 10"

It reminds me of **** propaganda.

Can we get the names of these 6 opponents? Or is that a secret?

Sometimes people say shlt and are like,"why the *** did i say that". lol Poor little dummy!

All i said was its amazing how Ward is up in the P4P rankings with his run of inactivity. His career was on cruise control. While others were making waves.

This dummy comes up and says GGG is on cruise control too! lmfao

i think we can all agree that golovkin's best win is martin murray.

murray's not a real talent, but he's not a bad fighter. he could have easily gotten the win over martinez, and been middleweight champion. he put him on his bongie, and won some clear rounds. he was in a closer fight with sturm, too.

the middleweight division isn't terrific, but golovkin has beat the heck out of many of the contenders. others won't fight him [quillin, jacobs, cotto, and alvarez.]

The difficulty is..... is a win over Murray, and dominance over other middleweights in a fairly weak era, genuine P4P criteria?

Compare that to say, Klitschko, when considering best win + dominance.

Do you think that GGG should currently be rated ahead of Pacquiao, P4P ?
