Chaves is a far more lively opponent than Khan has faced in recent times. More importantly Chaves is willing to face opponents that Khan won't... including Brook. Chaves is a sub-elite, solid opponent; a gate keeper to bigger things and a benchmark to measure some of the new "big names". Khan can talk after he starts facing similar opposition, until then it's just he usual BS.
