Anthony Joshua vs Joseph Parker in 2016.....Yes or No.

The two best young HW boxers in the game right now that many people predict will go on and be top fighters in the near future.....but who is the better fighter?

Would a fight between Parker and Joshua be a great match-up in 2016? I think this match-up make sense but I also think both team Parker and Joshua want to keep them away from each other.

BTW...What's your prediction?

I'd be wary of Joshua stepping up too fast. Going from fighting brick layers to actual world level fighters can end bad. See David Price. But he does need to step up the comp, which he is doing by fighting Whyte and then hopefully someone like Teper or Wach would be ideal.

I'd rather keep AJ and Parker away from each other for the time being to see how they both develop, could be one of the fights to made in boxing in a couple of years.

Two great prospects, both look fantastic vs journeyman opponents, but neither has fought anyone above that level yet = A fight which will hopefully happen one day, with an outcome as yet impossible to predict.

Parker is eligble to fight for the commonwealth title, currently held by Joshua, so it's possible they may end up on collision course next year.

teper or helenius (whoever wins) would be the perfect next step for joshua imo (provided he passes the whyte test as expected). and maybe put chisora out of his misery before or after that. he'd be in a pretty solid position after that

Yeah Chisora would be a decent shout. I'd also like to see how Wilder would deal with old Del Boy.
