Its actually rather simple disphit. IVs are not banned solely becuase they can mask PEDs. They are also banned because they can be abused in weight classification sports like boxing. WADA explicitly states their abuse in weight classification sports as a primary reason for them being banned.

Correction-----usada and floyd filed for a TUE 19 days after the fight. Why is that? The same company that floyd hired and controlled. Its not proven that floyd took any test before the iv. Nsac came out and said usada didnt have authority in granting TUEs in nevada. Nsac said usada has dropped the ball 3 times ,this time included.

This whole situation makes usada look like a joke ,look dodgy ,look crooked. Usada can not be trusted for many reasons ,but just to name one, they were apart of a TUE form filed 19 days late. That alone should have floyd suspended.
More evidence points to floyds guilt than otherwise.

Floyd was not dehydrated. He never went to a hospital. He illegally took an iv in his own home which is not allowed.
