He realizes that Floyd lately has never disclosed his fight weight and has noticed when he sees Floyd on fight night. His actual words were Floyd is HUGE compared before! He wasn't that big before. Having an extra weight is an unfair advantage. That's why IV is not allowed coz there are so many ways to cheat with it. What we all know for sure is Floyd did 750 ml of IVs and went in the fight with all the cards stacked against Pac from the get go. Cheating to get an unfair advantage is just unsportsmanlike cheating.

This is another question to be answered. Why is Floyd's fight night weight not open to public? What is Floyd hiding?

Anyway, everyone(Floydboys included) all agree, likelihood is Mayweather didn't blow up, he wasn't severely dehydrated at all neither, because if he was he'd more than likely require more than 3lb's of fluids. He weighed in at 146 at the weigh in and 149 on fight night. So the only thing left is masking PED's.

Its actually rather simple disphit. IVs are not banned solely becuase they can mask PEDs. They are also banned because they can be abused in weight classification sports like boxing. WADA explicitly states their abuse in weight classification sports as a primary reason for them being banned.

In sports with weight classifications, athletes may be encouraged to undertake significant, accelerated weight loss to qualify for a competition and then use IV infusion to rapidly rehydrate. This practice invokes issues of athlete health and safety.
