Hmm, I guess it could also be an afternoon card on CBS or NBC. I don't think it's big enough for primetime NBC but it's also too big for NBCSN.

They wanted to make it a triple header that makes me believe it will be on SHO but it could be in the afternoon on NBC that way it will be in prime time for the Brits.

Likely Showtime, but possibly on SpikeTV(PBC); ESPN likely has a college football game for that night, and the fight can't be on PPV in Canada unless its not on a broadcast channel (NBC/CBS/ABC/Telemundo/etc).
