The fight with Margarito was at 150lbs, which Pac didn't even come close to making. Margarito had only 1 prior fight at 154, and was otherwise a career welterweight (some fights at <147 when he was 15-16 years old).

That's nothing compared to fighting a natural middleweight like GGG.
