If he lands something decent maybe, but Golovkin should have way too much for Lemieux. I doubt that he is Golovkins best opponent.

You have some contradictory logic in this post. Ur criticizing GGG for calling out big name little guys while suggesting hes ducking Ward...who is also doing the same thing ur criticixing GGG of doing, "calling out big name little guys"

I know ur trying to bash GGG, at the same time ur implying that Ward, who is a supreme talent and is a division or 2 bigger is the only one who can defeat him. Right? Cmon man, Cottos gonna have to defend his title

What is he supposed to say? Is he supposed to degrade his own fighter in favor of the opponent, who's signed under a different promoter? And what exactly did he say that's so much different then any other fighter, promoter, pundit, fan, has said, "don't look passed your opponent". In fact he actually gave GGG some pretty sound advise, don't looked passed Lemuix, and don't be over confident, or he might just get caught and end up looking at the lights.

Golovkin NEVER looks past his next opponent. That is why when media idiots, basically any of these YouTube boxing channel 'experts', insist on asking questions about Ward or Floyd or any other fighter other than the one GGG is prepping to fight, Golovkin tends to brush the question aside by saying something like 'not now' or 'not at this time' that other idiots jump on trying to flip the meaning into something else.

You will never find any interview where Golovkin says something that is anything but flattering in regards to his opponent. You will never see him saying that it will be an easy fight. Even after totally dominating his opponent in the ring, you will always have Golovkin complimenting his opponent on the fight he put on. There is only ONE slight exception to that rule, and that was after the Stevens fight where he came out and asked Stevens if he understood what being 'serious' was and said to reporters while walking from the ring that it was an easy fight for him. And he admitted to being angry after the fight.

You glossed over the dumbest thing he said but I'll let you figure what that is... Nothing wrong with supporting your fighter but all he can promise is a (hopefully) a good fight. He's been making all kind of predictions for years that never come to fruition. You would think by now he would keep his predictions and blue prints to himself.

True enough but hell if Oscar isn't praying to the boxing gods that Canelo and David both win, it'll give them the biggest fight of 2016 hands down.

You're a ******, did you see GGG's weight at the 30 day weight in? 165 fool, he has no problem making middleweight and could probably fight at super welterweight. So get your head out of Ward's a**, until Ward mans the f*** up and fights Kovalev at 175 he is irrelevant. Cop that.

Super excited for this scrap. Lemule has donkey punches and Golovking is taking names later, taking crowns first.
