Estrada vs. Marquez

He was going to the body with the right uppercut.....(dumb since the left is what was connecting better). But he was just wasting time, waiting too much, and I've seen him do it in many fights.Comment

But he wasn't sitting down and staying there like he did to just crush him to the floor four times. Looked like maybe he wanted the highlight reel up top. He got it. When he decided to just take over in four, it was easy for him. Marquez was missing and getting tore up.Comment

Yeah, he does have a tendency to carry his opponents longer than he should. I agree with what you have pointed out. Regardless, it was a great fight and incredible display of heart on behalf of Marquez.Comment

It was a fun fight. Great is a stretch. He let Marquez look like he had more left than he did. Beat the hell out of him for the most part after the third and that was making it harder than he had to.Comment

Misuse of words, corrected yet again lol. Indeed it was a fun fight. Estrada was also eating plenty of leather in there, then again, when doesn't he?
One down, Viloria vs Gonzalez to go. I'm excited for that one as well, I can't wait.Comment

When he decided not to, he stopped getting hit. In rounds four and five, he would get caught occasionally (you're going to with that style), but he was mostly making him miss and countering the hell out of him.
Viloria-Gonzalez is a better made fight. Estrada is looking at a hell of a rematch either way. Safe bet is still Roman-Estrada II in the best made little man fight since 1993.Comment
Once Estrada warms up its over. He usually starts slow but turns up in the mid rounds. I'm glad Marquez didn't just show up to get paid, he left it all in the ring. What a fight, much better than anticipated.
